Tiny pimples filled with pus?

I have pimples on my jaw and they are tiny little ones. They are about 12 of them and each time I pop one its like stringy pus coming out. Their really hard to get rid of I would like to know what causes these pimples and the best way to get rid of them. By the way I am currently using oxy which has 5% benz. per. :) Thanks answers please these things are really getting on my nerves.
