Boyfriend chooses his Mercedes Benz over me and our unborn child, what can i do?

my boyfriend is choosing his new Mercedes Benz over me and his unborn child. he bought the car from a man where he lives (i live up north, he lives down south), and all hes waiting for is the title of the car, which was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago, but the man keeps giving him the run around and if he doesnt have a title he cant leave .. the man said the title will be here Friday and that is when he can leave to come up north to me. now, we plan on getting pregnant between this week and next week, which would be the only time i can conceive. the way i see it, he wont be here next week either because the man will keep giving him the run around. honestly i dont know what to do. i love him too much, and i wanna have his child, but he refuses to take things serious. he said that it wouldnt matter when he came because i can get pregnant at anytime of the month which clearly shows how much he knows about a womans body. i feel wrong if i were to break up with him but he needs to grow up. how can i trust him to be responsible to watch our newborn child when hes not responsible enough to do the right things to get me pregnant? what should i do?
