What Should my First Car be?

I have a steady full time job, pay only my phone bill and my school tuition (100 bucks a month) , im 18 and just getting started! My Top choice is a nice BMW but i heard they mess up real easy. So im between either a BMW, Audi, Lexus, Benz, or a Honda Civic. What would be a best choice? Price ranging from 5 - 8 g's and year from 2000 and up (ill deal with all the mileage and clean title stuff). Also Feel free to throw in any other suggestion you might have! Thanks i appreciate it !
