I need a 4x4 suitable for 3 kids and 2 dogs?

We have narrowed it down to maybe a BMW X5, Range Rover Sport, Mercedes-Benz ML or Lexus RX. If anyone in a similar situation has any of the above or something similar, could you tell me is it any use? The boot must be big. And rear seats must be spacious. 7 seats would be alright but not a must. Thanks
