Is this Mercedes-Benz CLK 600 worth to buy!?

i am planing to buy car not very expensive , but by accident some days ago i saw this Mercedes- CL600 i really loved the car , it looks what i am looking for , but the problem is that , i dont have too much experience about cars , and car has almost 120 000 miles and its 2001 model , but car looked to me just fine ! and they asked for 11 000 $ ! i am not sure if this price is worth for this car or not! they told me this car has no accident or no even small problem which is written on the contract but they dont offer warranty for that car for more than 30 days , that s i affraid if car get some problem ! any suggestion if this car is worth to buy or not !
