I have a wierd rotating sound coming from my car?

Then you pop the hood while the engine is idling and see if you can identify the area that is involved. Then shut off the engine and see if you can remove the dead cat from the rad. or wheelchair scooter from the engine so that when you start it back up the noise is gone.
