I have a small pin head ding on the front chrome grill of my car. How could I make the repair?

I have a 1986 Mercedes Benz 190D. A driver operating a large eighteen wheeler passed my car. As the driver drove passed my vehicle, a small piece of gravel from the rear tires of his eighteen wheeler shot out and left a pin head size ding in the front of the chrome molding. Since it is a small pin sized ding, what might I do to repair the ding? Is there a kit I might purchase? Is there a chrome touch up paint on the market? Help team.
