I have a 2003 mercedes benz clk 320 and the key will not open the door not even manually?

Make sure your batteries are not dead (avail. at WalMart, Walgreens, etc.). Did you drop your electronic key? It is possible to break it. If you have another key, try that one. MBZ and all those unnecessary electronics have become a pain in the rear.
