I've been sick for over a week, apparently. Still am. What should I eat?
I've attempted to eat bits of things here and there, for protein/sustenance, but those things make my stomach feel like there are barbs running round in it. (Inside of baked potato, bit of oatmeal another time, bit of toast.) Soup is not an option as our water is gross from a flood, and I can't go out on my own to buy some bottled water right now. I've stomached, oddly enough, sugar cookies, but that makes me hypoglycemic faster and I'd have to eat a lot of it, and don't want to. Dairy is out of the question, as is meat. I need to get well enough to go to work tomorrow afternoon, to do some moderately physical work. My stomach's been this way for almost a week, with the worst day being Friday.
