Christians: Will some Christians survive the Great Tribulation to the end?

The Bible states that those who do not receive the Mark of the Beast will not be able to sell or buy in the new Globalist economy (Rev 13:16-17). How is it possible for any Christian to survive the whole Great Tribulation to the end if they cannot buy food? Will God somehow provide sustenance for Christians during this time?
