Car insurance with low down paymnet?

i am a nj driver. i have 2 tickets on my driving record (from 2 yrs ago but most insurance companies look at a time span between 3-5 yrs) plus i am under 25. so naturally when i look for car insurance rates they are HIGH. i went to geico, progressive, allstate, and about what seems like a hundred others and they all want to charge me $200-300 dollars a MONTH. (my car isen't a benz or BMW it's a honda civic for crying out loud!) i finally found car insurance at CURE and it's only about $90 a month, but they want a down payment of $263. Is there any insurance company that doesn't expect such a large down payment?
