Best non german or Japanese sedan for under 50k?

Just curious, what is the best non German or Japanese sedan that money can buy for under 50,000 dollars. I am looking for a new car and I don't want to look like a self centered prick driving an Audi or BMW or a Benz. Also I don't like the looks of any Japanese cars. What should I look into?
